Groups with no more than 10 participants are offered throughout the year.
Members meet the same day at the same time each week for four consecutive weeks. Sessions are 90 minutes long and focus on what is needed to create new habits for permanent weight loss. Recordings are included in the cost, and announcements are made on FB and on the website.
